Unlike other companies on the market, Impactum doesn't sell, but provides complex investment service, including consulting, renting and current property maintenance. This multi-element, which the client wanted to emphasize, became an inspiration for the logotype.
Impactum is a Belgian real estate company. "We sell an idea, not a property". - This is how the Client described the company's unique business model.
Creating new image of Impactum we wanted to resign from typical for construction branch presentation of building in logo or signet. The company had to be associated with trust, transparency and luxury.
Mathematical notation [a+b+c] was translated into brand language. Identification is based on placing claim or header in characteristic brackets that create a distinctive, but at the same time flexible system. The mathematical bracket motif symbolizes the comprehensiveness and transparency of the service, as well as the mathematical, strategic approach to the business analysis of the investment.
